Veerayatan sarvoday Tirtham Subdivision consists of approximately 560 acres with hills and valleys, wooded areas, and open fields as well as 5 kilometers of flowing creek and pond. The land is located between Knoxville and Nashville. It is about one hour from Knoxville and about two hours from Nashville. The Smokey Mountains which were picture perfect, and that area is only about one and half hour away. The climate is very moderate. The nature is awesome.
Due to the magnitude of the project about 1/3 rd the area of the 560 acres site is being developed under Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III. Access ways and common facilities will be constructed in conjunction with the Phases. Phase I of the subdivision includes Duplex, Triplex, Quadplex and medium size Single Family Residences. Phase II of the subdivision includes medium size Single Family Residences. Phase III of the subdivision includes large size Single Family Residences
